Pre-production

All building designs and plans have been pre-approved by the state of California.
Months 1 & 2

The general contractor creates and submits site plans for the foundation and grading for approval.

The production process for your home begins – scheduling, purchase of materials, building of the modules.
Month 3

Once the local site plans are approved, the general contractor begins the grading and foundation work.

The factory builds your home, overseen by a California-approved inspector on the factory floor.
Month 4

When all modules for your home are completed, they are wrapped and transported to your site.

A ‘set and stitch’ company places the modules on the foundation by crane and connects them together.
Month 5

The general contractor completes the site-specific tasks and connects to the utilities.

The solar company installs the solar panels.

The landscape contractor installs the landscaping.
