OUR MISSION
hOME/town DEVELOPMENTS was formed by a group of Los Angeles design, building, development and real estate leaders to provide curated precision-crafted premium homes to Pacific Palisades and Altadena fire victims for appreciably lower costs and in one third of the time of traditionally built homes. We offer a one-stop end-to-end solution, including design, plans, permitting, landscaping and construction of quality-built residences, along with options for fire insurance and mortgage financing.
Our proprietary line of thoughtfully designed single-family homes consists of six distinctive home styles, each available in four floor plans and sizes. All homes will be built offsite in a climate-controlled environment by an established, industry-leading modular home builder recently named Manufacturer of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders and a TIME100 Most Influential New Companies in the country.
